The service

PixelGate is a web editor for designing dog agility courses, offered by Francesco Carnielli. It is currently in alpha. By using it you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use the service.

Account

For cloud features you create an account with an email (password or magic link). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for unlawful purposes, to breach its security, to overload it, or to upload content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse it.

Your content

The courses you create remain yours. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to store them and provide the service. If you share a course, you create a public read-only link: you are responsible for what you share and can revoke it at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Being in alpha it may contain bugs, change or be discontinued, and data may be reset. Always check your courses against your federation's official rules - the in-app warnings are indicative only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service and update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. You may stop using it and request account deletion at any time.
