Who we are
PixelGate is a web editor for designing dog agility courses. The data controller is Francesco Carnielli. For any request: privacy@pixelgate.dog.
Data we collect
- Email: to create your account and sign in, via a magic link.
- Your courses and preferences: the designs you create and choose to save/sync to the cloud, plus a few app preferences (e.g. tours you've already seen). If you choose to share a course, a public read-only link is created: anyone with the link can view it until you revoke sharing.
- Anonymous usage data: aggregated visit statistics, with no cookies and without identifying you.
Why we process it
To provide the service (sign you in and store your courses) and to secure access. The legal basis is the performance of the requested service, our legitimate interest in security, and your consent.
Cookies
We don't use cookies. Your sign-in session, offline-saved courses and interface preferences are kept in the browser's local storage (localStorage), not in cookies. No profiling or advertising cookies; usage statistics are anonymous and cookieless.
Who processes data for us
We rely on providers acting as processors: Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (sign-in email delivery), Vercel (hosting and anonymous usage analytics) and Cloudflare Turnstile (sign-in bot protection, when enabled). These providers may also process technical connection data (e.g. IP address) for delivery and security, under their own terms and possibly outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time. As this is an alpha version, data may be reset.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
