Dati che raccogliamo
- Email: per l'accesso tramite link magico (autenticazione senza password).
- I tuoi percorsi: i progetti che crei e che scegli di salvare/sincronizzare nel cloud.
- Dati d'uso anonimi: statistiche aggregate di visita, senza cookie e senza identificarti.
Perché li trattiamo
Per erogare il servizio (autenticarti e salvare i tuoi percorsi). La base giuridica è l'esecuzione del servizio richiesto e il tuo consenso.
Cookie
Non usiamo cookie. La sessione di accesso è conservata nella memoria locale del browser (localStorage), non in cookie. Nessun cookie di profilazione o pubblicità; le statistiche d'uso sono anonime e senza cookie.
Chi tratta i dati per noi
Ci appoggiamo a fornitori che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento: Supabase (autenticazione e database) e Vercel (hosting e statistiche d'uso). Ognuno tratta i dati secondo le proprie condizioni e può operare anche fuori dall'UE, con garanzie adeguate.
Conservazione
Conserviamo i dati finché mantieni l'account. Puoi richiedere la cancellazione in qualsiasi momento. Trattandosi di una versione alpha, i dati potrebbero essere reimpostati.
I tuoi diritti
Hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, portabilità, opposizione e revoca del consenso. Puoi inoltre proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Who we are
PixelGate is a web editor for designing dog agility courses. The data controller is Francesco Carnielli. For any request: privacy@pixelgate.dog.
Data we collect
- Email: for magic-link sign-in (passwordless authentication).
- Your courses: the designs you create and choose to save/sync to the cloud.
- Anonymous usage data: aggregated visit statistics, with no cookies and without identifying you.
Why we process it
To provide the service (sign you in and store your courses). The legal basis is the performance of the requested service and your consent.
Cookies
We don't use cookies. The sign-in session is kept in the browser's local storage (localStorage), not in cookies. No profiling or advertising cookies; usage statistics are anonymous and cookieless.
Who processes data for us
We rely on providers acting as processors: Supabase (authentication and database) and Vercel (hosting and usage analytics). Each processes data under its own terms and may operate outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time. As this is an alpha version, data may be reset.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.

Welche Daten wir erheben
- E-Mail: für die Anmeldung per Magic Link (passwortlose Authentifizierung).
- Deine Parcours: die Entwürfe, die du erstellst und in der Cloud speicherst/synchronisierst.
- Anonyme Nutzungsdaten: aggregierte Besuchsstatistiken, ohne Cookies und ohne dich zu identifizieren.
Warum wir sie verarbeiten
Um den Dienst bereitzustellen (Anmeldung und Speichern deiner Parcours). Rechtsgrundlage ist die Erfüllung des angeforderten Dienstes sowie deine Einwilligung.
Cookies
Wir verwenden keine Cookies. Die Anmelde-Sitzung wird im lokalen Speicher des Browsers (localStorage) gehalten, nicht in Cookies. Keine Profiling- oder Werbe-Cookies; die Nutzungsstatistik ist anonym und cookielos.
Wer Daten für uns verarbeitet
Wir nutzen Anbieter als Auftragsverarbeiter: Supabase (Authentifizierung und Datenbank) und Vercel (Hosting und Nutzungsstatistik). Jeder verarbeitet Daten nach seinen eigenen Bedingungen und ggf. außerhalb der EU mit geeigneten Garantien.
Speicherdauer
Wir speichern deine Daten, solange dein Konto besteht. Du kannst jederzeit die Löschung verlangen. Da es sich um eine Alpha-Version handelt, können Daten zurückgesetzt werden.
Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie auf Widerruf der Einwilligung. Du kannst dich zudem bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichts- behörde beschweren.
Änderungen
Wir können diese Erklärung aktualisieren; das Datum oben zeigt die letzte Überarbeitung.
